Hours:

Monday – Saturday 8:30AM – 9:00PM;
Sunday 9:00AM – 9:00PM

Schedule:

Full‑time, 40‑hour work week – Wednesday to Sunday, Monday & Tuesday off

• Mature automotive online leads into qualified sales opportunities
• Communicate with prospective customers via phone, text, and email
• Follow up promptly and maintain a high level of customer service
• Meet or exceed individual sales and gross target metrics
• Use company tools and resources, including the Lithia Learning Center, to stay informed and improved
• Assist with vehicle purchases and documentation as needed

• High school graduate or equivalent, 18years or older
• Previous automotive industry experience preferred, including dealership or related automotive business
• Strong sales experience in automotive, real estate, wireless/cell phone sales, retail, or other customer‑focused sales environments
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Comfortable speaking with customers over phone, text, and email
• Self‑motivated with a positive attitude and strong follow‑up skills
