About the Position

The Enterprise Account Executive is responsible for managing and growing Bluebird’s revenue streams by establishing and maintaining relationships with enterprise customers across commercial, government, education, medical, and financial sectors. This role requires in-depth knowledge of Bluebird’s offerings, market trends, and sales processes, and focuses on customer retention, satisfaction, and multi-disciplinary team collaboration.

Requirements
  • High school diploma; bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Minimum of five years’ sales experience, preferably in telecommunications
  • Experience with Sales Management Systems (CRMs)

Primary Responsibilities
  • Prospect and schedule meetings within a defined target list
  • Develop thorough understanding of Bluebird’s product and service portfolio
  • Implement sales objectives, targets, and forecast results
  • Establish and maintain relationships with customers, network providers, and vendors
  • Prepare and present status reports covering activity, closings, and follow‑ups
  • Negotiate terms of service agreements to meet or exceed sales objectives
  • Address price, delivery, and specification variations with customers
  • Collect market and customer information to enhance product performance and service quality
  • Deliver presentations of products and services at customer sites, exhibitions, and conferences
  • Coordinate with Service Delivery and Network Planning teams to ensure accurate order documentation and alignment with network evolution plans
  • Participate in marketing events such as trade shows and seminars
  • Maintain a high level of customer service and responsiveness
  • Travel as required
