We are a reputable company with a proven track record of customer success and satisfaction. Wooldridge is looking to expand our existing lines of business and identify new opportunities. We seek a candidate with a strong sales instinct, who will organize prospects, identify sales opportunities, set appointments, and conduct face‑to‑face presentations. Ideal candidates are eager to advance their skills and take their career to the next level.

Primary

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Develop new business with existing clients.
  • Create sales leads through networking, cold‑calling, and relationship building with prospects as part of our overall business strategy.
  • Meet with customers and prospective customers to discuss viable opportunities, understand their business needs, identify scope, submit proposals, finalize contracts, and win business.
  • Build and maintain strong, long‑lasting customer relationships.
  • Negotiate pricing (contract and spot‑market) to maximize profits.
  • Conduct onsite client visits.
  • Network within professional organizations.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of two years of demonstrated success in a sales role.
  • Articulate, professional, and enthusiastic attitude with a focus on results.
  • Strong communication skills; ability to reach prospects creatively and position solutions/products.
  • Excellent phone presence and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong verbal, written, and time‑management skills.
  • Experience:

    customer service (2 years, preferred); B2B cold‑calling sales (2 years, preferred); outside sales (2 years, required).
