Commercial Outside Sales Representative – Commercial Roofing
Territory:
Indianapolis, IN and surrounding areas
We are hiring an experienced Outside Sales Representative to grow our commercial roofing repair and maintenance business. This is a field-based role with strong earning potential and long-term stability.
Key Responsibilities- Prospect and develop new commercial accounts
- Maintain relationships with existing clients
- Inspect roofs, identify issues, and propose repair solutions
- Track opportunities and activity in Roof Scope
- Meet or exceed sales goals
- 3–5+ years outside B2B sales experience
- Construction or building services experience preferred
- Ability to access rooftops and job sites
- Valid driver’s license
Base salary starting at 60K annual+ performance commissions with the potential of six figures OTE.
