$18.00 – $20.00 per hour, plus up to $2,500 in performance bonuses.

Monday – Friday, 7:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.

The Tile Showroom Associate works with customers to find what they want, create solutions and ensure a smooth sales process.

• Establish relationships with customers by assisting walk‑in and phone customers and representing the company professionally.
• Understand customers’ needs and buying habits and recommend specific products and solutions.
• Educate customers about product terminology, features, and benefits to improve sales and satisfaction.
• Provide product demonstrations to qualified customers on request.
• Accurately enter sales orders to generate invoices, handle pick‑up or delivery.
• Secure payment of invoices and obtain credit authorization per company policy.
• Estimate delivery dates based on vendor production and delivery schedules.
• Make follow‑up calls to potential and existing customers to solicit additional business.
• Handle questions and complaints in a timely, professional manner.
• Maintain neat product displays and update monthly.
• Promote monthly sales specials.
• Perform other job‑related duties as assigned.

• High school diploma or GED.
• Strong product knowledge in swimming pool, landscaping, irrigation, or outdoor living industries preferred.
• Strong counter presence and ability to work directly with customers for much of the day.
• Strong customer‑service attitude.
• Self‑motivated, detail‑oriented personality.
• Good computer skills, including MS Office.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment handling inventory, product allocation, and customer issues.
• Familiarity with pool supplies, parts, chemicals, or pool construction is helpful.
• Minimum age 18 years.
