Job Type: Regular work. Pay: $25 per hour plus 10% monthly bonus opportunity.
Schedule:
Monday – Friday.
Join 2020 Companies as a Merchant Brand Ambassador and play a key role in building retail partner relationships, increasing program visibility, and supporting business growth across your territory.
Requirements- Personal vehicle, valid driver's license, proof of insurance, and successful MVR screening.
- Must be able to lift up to 15 lbs.
- Availability to travel daily within the assigned territory.
- Visit retail locations within your assigned territory and engage with merchants in a professional, relationship-focused manner.
- Introduce and educate new merchants on the client’s financial services and program benefits.
- Provide on-site support, answer questions, and address concerns.
- Place and maintain point-of-sale materials and branding in-store.
- Document visits and track activity using mobile tools and reporting systems.
- Work closely with leadership to ensure territory goals and coverage expectations are met.
- Maintain professional interaction with merchants and retailer employees.
- Advise merchants on product placement and merchandising.
- Audit and record competitive products, promotions, displays, and feedback.
- Assist with launch-related activities and major market events as needed.
- Accurately track and communicate all activity to Retail Operations.
Field‑based position with daily travel within assigned territory. Approximately 22‑35 retail visits per day depending on geography and scheduling. Mix of in‑store engagement, driving, and administrative follow‑up. Independent work style with strong support from leadership and training teams.

- Meet or exceed quarterly visit goals.
- Meet or exceed weekly in‑store time goals.
- Visit multiple store locations daily and weekly.
- Schedule store visits two weeks or more in advance.
- Effectively execute assigned activities inside each location during all visits.
- Demonstrate ability to establish and influence business relationships through merchant awareness, POP placement and consistent productivity.
- Maintain accurate documentation for each visit.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Six months prior sales, promotion, retail, or marketing experience.
- Knowledge of products and services.
- Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal and problem‑solving skills.
- Integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction.
- Ability to multi‑task in a fast‑paced, team environment.
- Adhere to customer confidentiality.
- Reliable transportation within assigned territory.
