Job Description
- Sales Order Entry into ERP system
- Managing Expedites from Customers
- Answering Phone Calls from Customers
- Working with our factory to expedite production
- Providing open order report details to customers.
- Provide quotes to customers.
- Provide Sales Order Confirmation to customers.
- Proficiency in MS Office is required.
- Experience in inside sales is preferred.
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams (Sales-engineering-manufacturing-quality-shipping-accounting).
- Experience with ERP systems is preferred.
- We are looking for an energetic team player that is willing to dig in and do the work.
The position is an in-office Mon-Fri position 8AM-5PM.
$60K-80k more or less depending on person and experience.
