Best Choice Roofing is seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Entry Level Roofing Inspectors. This role is ideal for individuals looking to break into a high-growth industry with structured training and strong income potential.

As an Entry Level Roofing Inspector, you will conduct property inspections, identify storm-related damage, and guide homeowners through the roof restoration process.

• Respond promptly to warm sales leads to close contracts for services.
• Generate sales leads through neighborhood canvassing and door knocking.
• Travel to areas recently hit by storm damage to identify signs of roof and property damage.
• Climb onto roofs and into attics to conduct damage assessments and present findings to homeowners (thorough training will be provided).
• Educate homeowners on the restoration process and serve as a technical advisor to resolve client concerns.
• Provide estimates, funding options, and collect payments as required.
• Work with insurance companies and adjusters to facilitate best outcomes for homeowners.
• Obtain agreements and contracts from homeowners for roof restoration services.
• Attend weekly sales meetings and actively participate in team communication.

• 1-2 years of previous sales, customer service, or consultative experience is a plus, but not required.
• Experience with lead generation or direct customer engagement is a plus.
• Valid driver's license with reliable vehicle access.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to use technology (computer and smartphone apps) and gather and analyze information.
• Ability to climb ladders and scale roofs for inspection.
• Ability to work outdoors, including walking and occasionally carrying up to 50 lbs.
• At least 40 hours of daytime availability weekly (most Saturdays required).

Comprehensive Training: Paid training on how to recognize damage, advise homeowners, conduct work safely, and help homeowners restore their home.

Attractive Compensation: Pay structure rewards personal effort and performance, with a paid training period and uncapped incentive-based compensation thereafter. Sales representatives often earn $63k-$120k per year following training.
