This is an opportunity to play a meaningful role with the greater Indianapolis business owner community in helping them to Get Unstuck & Scale.

Our ideal candidate is outgoing, energetic, organized, and enjoys meeting new people, building partnerships, and filling events with business owners who want to grow.

This is not a sit‑behind‑a‑desk marketing role. Success in this role means being out in the community, taking initiative, building relationships, filling rooms with business owners, and helping create exceptional educational events that make a real difference.

You will spend much of your time networking, developing strategic partnerships, promoting educational events, nurturing relationships, and helping create exceptional event experiences.

A few of the major responsibilities associated with this role include:

  • Network with business owners throughout the greater Indianapolis area
  • Build strategic partnerships with organizations that serve business owners
  • Promote educational seminars and business events
  • Register qualified business owners for events and nurture them through attendance
  • Execute event logistics and ensure a first‑class attendee experience
  • Manage prospect follow‑up, CRM activities and event promotion.
  • Help grow and strengthen The Messy Middle business owner community

Full‑time, Hybrid (Greater Indianapolis Area)

Base Salary: $35,000 + uncapped performance bonuses tied to event attendance

PTO, Paid Holidays & 401k
