Outside Sales Rep

Squeegee Squad Indianapolis is looking for a motivated Outside Sales Representative to help grow our residential and commercial service business. This position combines lead generation, customer consultations, estimating, and relationship building throughout the Indianapolis area.

• Meet with residential and commercial customers to provide estimates for window cleaning, pressure washing, gutter cleaning, and related services
• Follow up with leads generated through company marketing efforts, Google leads, referrals, and other lead sources
• Conduct door‑to‑door canvassing and cold outreach to generate new business opportunities
• Prospect using online resources and lead generation platforms
• Build and maintain relationships with property managers, business owners, homeowners, and other potential clients
• Track sales activity, estimates, follow‑ups, and scheduled appointments accurately
• Maintain organized records using Google Sheets, Google Docs, email, and company software
• Identify opportunities to upsell additional services and maximize account value
• Work independently in the field while maintaining communication with office staff and operations teams
• Consistently work toward individual sales and revenue goals

• Minimum 1 year of sales experience preferred
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Comfortable speaking with customers both in person and over the phone
• Positive attitude with a strong work ethic
• Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record required
• Ability to operate a company vehicle

• Base pay plus commission
