Core Values & Culture Fit

At Bramwell-McKay, we hire and reward people who demonstrate integrity, accountability, humility, teamwork, professionalism, and a commitment to excellence. Skills can be developed; character cannot. We are seeking individuals who consistently do the right thing, honor commitments, and contribute positively to our culture and reputation.

Desired Experience, Characteristics & Qualifications

We are seeking a highly motivated, relationship‑oriented professional who takes pride in doing things the right way and understands that trust is earned through consistency, accountability, and follow‑through. The ideal candidate is a self‑starter who thrives in a fast‑paced environment, takes ownership of responsibilities without being asked, and approaches challenges with a solutions‑oriented mindset.

Candidates should have experience supporting sales, estimating, project development, customer service, business operations, construction, restoration, property services, facilities management, or a related industry. Experience managing CRM systems, coordinating projects, supporting estimating efforts, or advancing opportunities through a sales pipeline is highly desirable.

Most importantly, we are looking for someone who embraces an ownership mindset and treats the company’s opportunities, customer relationships, systems, and reputation as if they were their own.

CRM & Opportunity Management

Own and maintain CRM including lead management, contact management, pipeline updates, reporting, forecasting, customer communications tracking, and CRM process improvements.

Lead Management & Opportunity Advancement

Respond to inbound leads, qualify opportunities, coordinate site visits, schedule assessments, track proposal activity, and ensure opportunities advance through the sales process.

Business Development Support

Support sales initiatives, strategic partnerships, referral development, networking efforts, and account expansion opportunities.

Maintain pipeline forecasts, track conversion rates, identify stalled opportunities, support backlog forecasting, and provide leadership reporting.

We offer a competitive compensation package, opportunities for professional growth, and the opportunity to play a meaningful role in helping build a scalable foundation for the future growth of the organization.

What Success Looks Like After 12 Months
  • Within the first year, the Estimator and Business Development Lead will have established a disciplined and scalable opportunity management process that improves visibility, accountability, and execution across the sales pipeline.
  • Success in this role will be demonstrated through the consistent management of customer opportunities from initial inquiry through proposal submission and project award, resulting in improved responsiveness, stronger customer engagement, and increased conversion of qualified opportunities.
  • The successful candidate will have implemented and maintained CRM best practices that provide leadership with accurate, real‑time visibility into active opportunities, forecasted revenue, and future backlog. Pipeline reporting, proposal tracking, and customer follow‑up activities will be standardized, measurable, and consistently executed.
  • Additionally, this individual will have strengthened referral and partner relationships, supported business development initiatives, improved forecasting accuracy, and contributed to a culture of accountability where opportunities are proactively managed rather than reactively addressed.
  • Ultimately, this role will serve as a key contributor to the company’s growth by creating greater predictability in the sales process, improving operational alignment, and helping ensure Bramwell-McKay is positioned to capitalize on future revenue opportunities.
