Auto-Chlor System is hiring a Service & Sales Representative to join our Indianapolis team. This is a hands‑on route position supporting restaurants and commercial kitchens while learning the skills needed to manage your own customer route.

After paid training, you'll service customers along a set route, restock chemical products, perform preventive maintenance on commercial dishwashers, and build strong customer relationships using a company vehicle.

• $60,000-$65,000 annually, with a typical 45+ hour workweek including $23/hr in hourly pay, overtime, and on‑call bonuses
• Consistent schedule:
  Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–4:30 PM
• On‑call rotation:
  Once every 4-5 weeks.
• Company‑provided resources:
  Vehicle during business hours, phone, tools, uniforms, and paid training

• Vacation:
  Earn up to 80 hours (2 weeks) in your first year, accrued each pay period
• Paid Sick Time:
  Up to 40 hours per year
• Paid Holidays: 6 company‑observed holidays + 1 floating holiday
