Your Day to Day:

• Act as an ambassador of the IQOS brand within the point of sale (tobacco shop) with the responsibility of acquisition, conversion, and retention of adult users.
• Adopt a proactive attitude to promote and make known the IQOS product and its benefits, adapting to the needs of each consumer.
• Incentivize the sale and offer after-sales service that ensures an excellent customer experience and quality interaction.
• Adopt appropriate behavior and attitude, in line with our premium positioning and constant search for excellence in service.
• Design and implement strategies in conjunction with other stakeholders to achieve company objectives.
• Lead generation.

Who We Are Looking For:

• A university degree is valuable. High school diploma or equivalent is mandatory.
• Commercial or customer service experience
• Experience working in a point of sale is valuable.
• Excellent communication and active listening skills.
• Passion for the world of sales.
• Minimum C1 level of Spanish, English, and other languages desirable.
• Good handling of the Microsoft Office package.
• Curious, proactive, with a good attitude, result-oriented, decisive, and with a vocation for service.
• Permission to work in the EU.

We need you to have more than 1 year in the company and in your current position, and your supervisor to support your candidacy. Your performance/performance of the last year will be positively valued. If you are currently working on an Improvement Plan, you will not be eligible to participate in the process. It is necessary to reside in the vacant locality, Cullera and Gandia area.
