- Communicate with customers to understand their needs and provide available product information.
- Assist in developing relationships with new and existing customers across multiple product lines.
- Support daily office operations, including documentation, scheduling, and follow‑up activities.
- Participate in marketing efforts to promote awareness within the community.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure a consistent customer experience.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve office objectives.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail.
- Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment.
- Prior experience in customer service, business support, or insurance preferred.
- Must possess or be able to obtain necessary state insurance licenses.
Our agency opened in June 2008 and is a close‑knit, high‑performing team of five. With a background in agriculture and sales, the founder brings a strong work ethic and results‑driven mindset into service of customers and the team. A Purdue University graduate, the founder has been married for 42 years and manages a family of four children and five grandchildren. The agency has earned recognition such as four‑time Chairman’s Circle qualifier and President’s Club recipient, reflecting a consistent commitment to excellence.

Compensation: $65,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
