Role Responsibilities
  • Build and develop book of business through cold calls/emails
  • Build, manage, and maintain pipeline of prospects
  • Execute 50+ calls or emails per day to prospects in your pipeline
  • Manage day to day operations for landed and assigned account(s).
  • Includes: build and schedule appointments, customer updates/tracking, portal updates, accessorial management, spot quoting, collect PODs/receipts for AR, and cover available shipments (when necessary).
  • Identify growth opportunities through customer relations by building rapport
  • Identify and convert available opportunities into consistent awards
  • Grow account(s) revenue by 10% YOY
  • Accounts will be reviewed monthly by supervisor
  • Schedule regular monthly check-in calls with customers to review service and identify open opportunities or areas of improvement
  • Establish minimum of $5K margin per week through closed accounts (by first 90 days)
  • Achieve monthly account goals set by supervisor
Role Requirements
  • 2+ year(s) in logistics brokerage role
  • Adequate computer skills – Familiar with web platforms and Microsoft Office
  • High organizational skills and strong time management skills
  • Driven, self motivated, and comfortable in a competitive team environment
  • Ability to handle rejection without despair
  • Problem solving abilities
  • Persistent demeanor on a daily/weekly basis
  • Motivated by high commission and company goals
Compensation Package
  • Annual Salary + Uncapped Commission
