Role at Delta Faucet

As part of the Trade Channel Team, the Director, Trade Strategy & Growth is responsible for strategic business development initiatives aligned with the Trade Channel strategy. This role is responsible for shaping the channel’s business development strategy, identifying high‑value opportunities, and driving integration to maximize long‑term value creation.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage business cases for inorganic and organic growth opportunities in the trade channel
  • Oversee the initial execution of business development initiatives and the integration into the Trade Channel teams
  • Own the entire inorganic and organic business development growth process from end to end for the Trade channel
  • Serve as the extension of Trade Leadership Team with external stakeholders and on cross‑functional strategy teams
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure seamless execution and integration of new business initiatives
  • Cultivate a strong professional network within the industry; actively seek out new business partnership opportunities
Qualifications
  • 10+ years of progressive experience in business development or strategy, with a proven track record of leading successful transactions from origination through execution and integration.
  • Strong financial acumen, complemented by excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • MBA or related advanced degree preferred.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to translate vision into actionable growth initiatives.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and relationship‑building capabilities.
  • Demonstrated ability to thrive in fast‑paced, complex environments.
  • Collaborative leader with the ability to influence across functions and geographies.
