Job Description
We’re looking for a motivated, mission-driven Account Manager to join our team and support our U.S. Army customer base
. This role is ideal for an Army veteran or someone with a strong understanding of military culture, communication, and procurement processes. The ideal candidate brings a positive attitude, strong customer focus, and a team-first mindset
. You’ll be responsible for managing and growing relationships with existing Army accounts, developing new opportunities, and ensuring our customers receive the highest level of support.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned Army accounts
, providing outstanding customer service and support. - Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers, end-users, and contracting officers.
- Identify new sales opportunities within existing accounts and pursue new business within the Army community.
- Prepare and deliver quotes, proposals, and product information in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with internal teams (operations, logistics, marketing, etc.) to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of activities, opportunities, and communications in CRM systems.
- Represent the company’s values and mission when working with military and government customers.
- U.S. Army Veteran or prior military experience strongly preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in sales, account management, or customer relations (inside or outside).
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Positive, professional, and proactive attitude — a true team player.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM software (Salesforce, Hub Spot, etc.).
