National Account Manager

Overview

FGI Industries is looking for an experienced National Account Manager to lead and grow one of our key retail partnerships – Menards.

If you're a results-driven sales professional with experience managing national retail accounts and enjoy building strong customer relationships while working cross-functionally to drive business growth, we'd love to hear from you.

• Manage and grow the Menards account
• Drive sales growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction
• Lead forecasting, assortment planning, pricing, and promotional initiatives
• Coordinate new product launches and product line reviews
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product Management, Supply Chain, Operations, Customer Service, and Finance
• Present business insights, opportunities, and recommendations to leadership

• 5+ years of National Account or Key Account Management experience
• Experience with U.S. retail, big-box, or home improvement customers
• Menards experience is a strong asset
• Strong analytical, forecasting, pricing, and negotiation skills
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and experience with ERP/EDI systems preferred
• Willingness to travel within the United States
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field preferred (or equivalent experience)
