- Cold calling from a script
- Hungry, self‑directed, and disciplined
- A natural relationship builder
- Someone who follows through. Every time.
Real estate experience? Not required. The right mindset? Non‑negotiable.
Compensation:
Commission‑based with a 3‑month salary during ramp‑up. Significant earning potential for the right person.
