What You’ll Do

Be the first point of contact for customers by phone, text, and email — responding quickly, professionally, and with empathy.

Make outbound calls to assist customers with pre-qualification and appointment scheduling.

Work closely with our 70+ locations to deliver a smooth and positive customer experience.

Stay current on our vehicle inventory to provide accurate recommendations.

What We’re Looking For

2+ years of call center or contact center experience — you know how to manage high call volume, stay focused, and hit performance targets.

Confident communicator — clear, professional, and friendly in both speech and writing.

Organized and detail-oriented — able to manage multiple tasks and systems at once.

Tech-savvy — comfortable using CRM systems, phone software, and basic office tools.
