SALES ADVISOR - EDINBURGH ST JAMES (PART-TIME)

This is a permanent part‑time 16, 20 & 30 hour position based in the Edinburgh St James store. For this position we require 4-5 days flexibility, including weekends.

As an H&M Sales Advisor, you will be essential in delivering an exceptional shopping experience.

• Represent the H&M Brand positively and engage customers to provide excellent service and an exciting shopping experience.
• Support commercial and operational actions together with colleagues to reach store goals and sales targets.
• Keep informed about the latest fashion trends, brands and competitors, using knowledge to inspire and guide customers.
• Provide and receive feedback to support personal and colleague development.
