About The TeamThe Sales Lead will immerse themselves fully in our brand, culture, and product, taking immense pride in delivering exceptional customer experiences. This role provides support to both Managers and Sales Associates and is instrumental in driving in‑store success.

- Craft loyal fans by authentically engaging and fostering lasting connections beyond transactions.
- Coaching and inspiring the sales team, fostering accountability for individual and store performance, and providing real‑time feedback to empower the team in achieving their KPI goals.
- A results‑oriented selling style with at least 2 years of experience in a high‑performance selling environment.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a caring tone.
- Charismatic presence that captivates audiences and connects across all organizational levels.
- Sharp business acumen and analytical thinking capable of delivering positive results.
- Time‑management mastery, prioritizing tasks efficiently and delegating when appropriate.
- Proficiency with general computer software (Microsoft Office 365 Suite) and retail point‑of‑sale systems.
- Minimum age of 18 years, with proof of identity and eligibility to work.
- A flexible work schedule that may include nights, weekends, and holidays; the ability to stand for extended periods and lift 50+ pounds with punctual attendance is required.

$14.35 - $17.95 commensurate with experience
