The Inside Sales Representative will handle high-volume incoming sales and customer inquiries, make outbound sales calls and maintain our high standards of customer service.

• Answer a high volume of incoming calls
• Conduct outbound phone calls within established sales protocol
• Identify sales opportunities
• Actively listen to customer requests and concerns
• Create orders and quotes promptly and accurately
• Answer all customer automotive parts and general inquiries
• Gather and maintain customer profile information
• Maintain clear records in CRM
• Available Monday through Saturday 7:30 am to 6:30 pm

• Knowledge of auto parts or the automotive industry
• Must have reliable transportation
• Professional communication with customers and teammates
• Bilingual: Fluent in Spanish and English
• Professional appearance at all times

Typical 9-hour day to include reaching, standing, walking, kneeling, lifting and carrying. The employee must be capable of working in a fast-paced environment. The heavy lifting of 50 lbs or more may be required. Employees share responsibility for routine housekeeping such as dusting, sweeping, mopping, restroom cleaning and changing trash can liners.
