Overview
Comcast is a Fortune 50 media and technology company that offers retail opportunities in Xfinity store locations across the U.S. This role supports customers by selling and servicing Xfinity products and services.
Responsibilities- Engage customers with enthusiasm, demonstrate and explain product features to enhance the shopping experience.
- Provide outstanding customer service during all interactions.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Assist customers with account statements, bill payments, service changes, upgrades and general service requests.
- Act as a brand ambassador and promote Comcast/Xfinity products.
- Maintain detailed knowledge of sales products and competitive information.
- Adhere to retail operational policies, create a professional store environment.
- Participate in a fun and competitive team atmosphere.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Flexible work schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Regular, consistent, and punctual attendance.
- Ability to carry and/or lift 25‑pound boxes.
- Ability to move around the store constantly.

Base pay of $15.00 per hour with potential for significant upside through commission on sales. Total Target Compensation is $22.69 per hour.
