Schedule:
Monday – Friday
Pay: $25 per hour plus 10% monthly bonus (plus weekly and daily pay options).
Field‑based role requiring personal vehicle, valid driver’s license, proof of insurance, and successful MVR screening.
- Visit assigned retail locations, engaging merchants with a professional, relationship‑focused approach.
- Introduce and educate merchants on client financial services and program benefits.
- Provide on‑site support, answer questions, and address concerns to ensure merchant confidence.
- Place and maintain point‑of‑sale materials and branding in-store.
- Document visits and track activity using mobile tools and reporting systems.
- Audit competitive products, promotions, merchandising displays, and merchant feedback.
- Assist in launch‑related activities and travel to major markets and events as needed.
- Maintain accurate documentation for each visit and report feedback promptly.
- Execute assigned activities inside locations during all visits and meet or exceed quarterly visit goals.
- Effectively schedule store visits two weeks or more in advance to maximize coverage.
- Field‑based position with daily travel within the territory.
- Approximately 22–35 retail visits per day, depending on geography and schedule.
- Mix of in‑store engagement, driving, and administrative follow‑up.
- Independent work style supported by leadership and training teams.
- No weekends required.
- Weekly pay via Daily Pay options.

- Mileage reimbursement and paid travel time.
- Next‑day pay options available.

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Six (6) months of prior sales, promotion, retail, or marketing experience.
- Strong communication, presentation, interpersonal, and problem‑solving skills.
- Excellent customer service orientation with impeccable integrity.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 15 lbs.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
- Reliable transportation within assigned territory.
