A local logistics company is seeking a highly motivated Account Executive to join our sales team. This is an opportunity for a results-oriented sales professional who thrives on prospecting, relationship building, and closing new business. What

You ll Do
  • Identify, prospect, and secure new business opportunities within logistics, freight, warehousing, distribution, and supply chain markets.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to consistently achieve and exceed revenue targets.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers across industries including healthcare, construction, HVAC, manufacturing, and distribution.
  • Conduct in-person client meetings to assess business needs and deliver customized logistics and supply chain solutions.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation and qualification through proposal development, negotiation, closing, and account transition.
  • Present service offerings and value propositions to prospective clients through consultative selling techniques.
  • Maintain an accurate sales pipeline, forecasts, and activity reporting within CRM platforms.
  • Collaborate with operations and service teams to ensure seamless onboarding and ongoing customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and market opportunities to uncover new revenue streams and maintain a competitive advantage.
  • Provide regular updates on sales performance and business development activities to leadership.
What We re Looking For

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years of business development, outside sales, account executive, or B2B sales experience.
  • Bachelor s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Proven success generating new business and managing complex sales cycles.
  • Experience utilizing CRM platforms such as Salesforce for pipeline management, forecasting, and reporting.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, consultative selling, and relationship-building skills.
  • Valid driver s license with a safe driving record and ability to travel locally for client meetings.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in industries such as logistics, freight, transportation, supply chain, warehousing, distribution, and fulfillment.
  • Existing relationships within healthcare, manufacturing, construction, HVAC, distribution, or related sectors.
  • Demonstrated success selling service-based solutions in a competitive market.
