Leo Chevy is hiring an A-Team Member to provide a superior customer experience in our automotive dealership. This role involves communicating with prospective car buyers and setting appointments for Solution Specialists. No automotive experience is required; the right candidate will receive comprehensive training.

• Make 200–250 outbound calls daily to prospective car buyers.
• Set appointments for Solution Specialists.
• Build and nurture initial customer relationships through friendly, persuasive communication.
• Ask insightful questions, manage objections, and convert no responses into positive engagements.
• Achieve daily productivity and performance targets.
• Maintain a professional and positive workplace attitude.

• Experience in phone sales and/or appointment setting, marketing, or confidence speaking to new people.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to ask tough questions and overcome objections.
• Self‑motivated with a drive to meet daily call goals.
• Comfortable using a computer.
• Career orientation and strong work ethic.
• Preferred stable work history.
