About the Role

As a Lovesac Sales Associate, you will create a welcoming in‑store experience and help customers design our products to fit their style and space. Join our Retail Team if you are passionate about sustainability, building relationships, and delivering extraordinary customer experiences.

What You’ll Do
  • Engage customers using Lovesac selling techniques.
  • Achieve personal sales goals and key performance indicators.
  • Provide attentive service to all customers and build loyalty.
  • Demonstrate strong product knowledge and effectively demo, assist, and educate customers.
  • Guide customers from interest to purchase, managing quotes, closing sales, and maintaining relationships.
  • Conduct customer outreach using company‑provided tools and communication methods.
  • Identify and resolve customer issues quickly, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
  • Maintain a welcoming and visually appealing store by following visual merchandising standards.
  • Oversee store operations including opening/closing, inventory, exchanges, marketing, promotions, and ensure they meet company standards.
  • Utilize company tools, sales data, and reports to prioritize tasks and support daily operations.
  • Follow company policies and procedures, ensuring standards, minimizing risks, and maintaining safety.
  • Meet or exceed individual sales goals and key performance indicators.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by Management.

Qualifications / Requirements
  • 18 years of age or older.
  • High‑School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a retail or customer service role.
  • Able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Proficient with technology for sales and customer support, including CRM systems.
  • Willing to support Lovesac’s omni‑channel customer experience at in‑person, local, third‑party, and remote shifts.
  • Must be able to travel as required by the company.
  • Demonstrate excellent judgment, integrity, and trustworthiness in managing financial transactions and sensitive data.
  • Effective communication skills and ability to manage conflict calmly.
  • Must be physically able to move objects up to 75 pounds and perform tasks such as bending, twisting, kneeling, reaching, standing, and climbing.

Associates will be eligible to receive up to 26 hours of paid time off within the fiscal calendar year. They will be paid 1.5 times their regular rate for any hours worked over 40 hours in a work week and for any hours worked on company‑recognized holidays. Eligibility and terms for all benefits are as outlined in Lovesac’s policy and plan documents.

Associate pay will vary based on location, qualifications, experience, skill level, and competencies.
