• You are a strategic growth leader and business partner for a defined market segment and corresponding B2C applications
• You are accountable for direction, developement and commercial performance of your area of responsibility
• You combine strategic foresight, commercial excellence and cross functional leadership
• You reinforce Döhler's position as a reliable partner through market intelligence, customer insight and digital enablement
• You steer internal global and regional stakeholder alignment
• You enable Sales by providing
  
  Know How transfer

• You have experience in Category or Product Management in the B2B ingredients industry (from Market analysis, product portfolio development to product launches ,Go-to-Market strategy, sales support & enablement), ideally in the Lifescience & Nutrition Market
• You have B2B and B2C Know How in Food or Nutraceuticals
• Your previously worked in an international environment, in particular Europe & North America
• Success full experience in B2B sales or on product science and nutrition would be a Plus
• You are a great team worker and can lead without formal authority
• You speak english fluently. German is a Plus
