Our Relationship Managers serve as the face of McGuire Sponsel, strengthening client relationships by providing a conservative approach to services outside traditional accounting practices. They nurture relationships with CPA partners, helping them identify and capitalize on specialty tax credits, incentives, and savings across diverse industries.

Base salary plus commission
Territory: AZ, NV, WA, OR, NM, UT, CA
- Cultivate and maintain long‑term relationships with strategic alliance partners.
- Serve as the primary point of contact, ensuring consistent engagement and alignment with service offerings.
- Conduct regular check‑ins and strategic planning sessions to understand partner needs and identify growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal experts to deliver tailored solutions and insights.
- Educate alliance members and their clients on core service lines through presentations, webinars, and consultations.
- Support business development by identifying and onboarding new alliance partners.
- Monitor relationship performance metrics and engagement trends to drive improvement.
- Act as liaison between partners and internal teams for smooth coordination of service delivery.
- Represent McGuire Sponsel at industry conferences and networking events.
- Maintain accurate records in CRM tools and reporting systems.

- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, marketing, business, or related field.
- 3+ years of B2B selling experience, preferably in professional services.
- Strong communication, organizational, and people skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills and client‑facing comfort.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite.
- Valid U.S. driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to travel up to 40% independently or with a team within the specified U.S. territory.
- Preferred but not required: prior tax or accounting experience, familiarity with tax concepts, and consulting or client‑facing experience.
