AboutThe Role
Quest Safety Products is entering an ambitious new phase of growth. We are building the people, systems, technology, and operating discipline needed to scale nationally while continuing to deliver exceptional customer experience.
We are seeking an experienced Sales Operations & Customer Experience Manager who can strengthen sales execution, improve cross-functional coordination, and protect the time our sales team spends with customers and prospects.
This is a high-impact opportunity for a candidate who enjoys creating structure, solving problems, using data to improve performance, and helping a growing organization operate at a higher level.
What You Will Lead Sales Systems, Reporting & Productivity- Lead the administration and continuous improvement of Salesforce and related sales tools.
- Improve CRM adoption, data quality, dashboards, forecasting, KPI reporting, and pipeline visibility.
- Identify and reduce non-selling activities that pull the Sales team away from customers and growth opportunities.
- Coordinate customer-critical orders, backorders, substitutions, pricing requests, and escalations.
- Improve quote turnaround time, order visibility, ETA communication, and follow through.
- Support customer onboarding, strategic accounts, VMI programs, account reviews, and Q preparation.
- Serve as an operational bridge between Sales, Customer Service, Purchasing, Warehouse, Operations, Accounting, and other departments.
- Clarify ownership, deadlines, next steps, and escalation paths for customer-impacting issues.
- Turn recurring delays, errors, handoff gaps, and unclear ownership into practical, repeatable process improvements.
- Coordinate sales presentations, product materials, campaigns, product launches, and trade show preparation.
- Support the operational onboarding and process training of new Sales team members.
- Ensure even leads are captured, assigned, entered in Salesforce, and followed through.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 5+ years of experience in sales operations, business operations, customer service leadership, order management, distribution operations, project coordination, and/or a related field.
- Demonstrated experience implementing, administering, or significantly improving Salesforce or a comparable CRM platform.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Power Point
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, influence across departments without direct authority, and follow issues through to completion.
- Strong analytical thinking, communication, problem solving, organization, and attention to detail.
- Experience in B2B distribution, manufacturing support, safety products, life sciences, ERP or order-management systems, inventory visibility, sales enablement, trade shows, and/or EOS.
The right person will help the Sales team spend more time selling, give customers faster and more reliable communication, improve visibility and accountability across departments, and build the operational foundation needed to support Quest’s next stage of growth.
