Position SummaryOutside Sales Representative – Facilities Supply. Field‑based sales role supporting customers in the Central Indiana area. Must be based in the Central Indiana area.

CompensationBase salary plus commission, no cap. Estimated total compensation range based on performance and experience: $75,000 – $100,000+.

Responsibilities- Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and an assigned customer base, working with branch associates to ensure customer satisfaction from order to delivery.
- Identify and actively pursue new business opportunities to expand the current customer base by working with management to develop sales strategies and new account targeting.
- Perform product quotation and problem resolution.
- Analyze competition in territory, devise sales strategy, and communicate sales strategy to management.
- Continuously improve sales skills and product knowledge to promote a professional image in the field.
- Document all sales activity performed in the internal Customer Relationship Management tool for ongoing evaluation of the new business pipeline and measurement of sales closure results.
- Minimum of three years industry‑related sales experience preferred.
- Results‑oriented, self‑motivated, able to complete tasks in a timely manner, build relationships, and enjoy a team environment.
- Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills.
- Problem‑solving, leadership, and listening skills.
- General digital literacy.
- Ability to multi‑task, learn quickly, and self‑motivate.
Fuel card, auto allowance, travel and expense card, company cell phone and laptop provided.
