The Inside Sales Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Greater Indianapolis. This role focuses on managing inbound and outbound sales activities, qualifying leads, and converting opportunities into revenue for industrial repair and service offerings. Day-to-day responsibilities include engaging with new and existing customers via phone and email, preparing quotes, tracking orders, and following up to ensure timely responses and high customer satisfaction.
The Inside Sales Specialist will collaborate closely with operations and field service teams to coordinate service schedules, resolve issues, and support customers with information about products, services, and delivery timelines. This role also involves maintaining accurate CRM records, supporting lead generation campaigns, and contributing to sales targets in a fast-paced, service-focused environment.
- Candidates should possess skills in Inside Sales and Lead Generation to manage pipelines, qualify opportunities, and drive revenue growth.
- Candidates should possess strong Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills to handle inquiries, resolve issues, and build long-term relationships.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, including clear verbal and written abilities, to interact effectively with customers, colleagues, and suppliers.
- Experience in industrial services, manufacturing, or related sectors, with familiarity in repair, maintenance, or distribution environments, is beneficial.
- Proficiency with CRM systems and basic office software, along with solid organizational and time management skills, is preferred.
- Ability to work on-site in Greater Indianapolis, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and adapt to a dynamic, customer-focused setting.
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required; an associate or bachelor's degree in business, sales, or a related field is a plus.
