POSITION OVERVIEW
AML is seeking a high-performance Regional Sales Representative in Indianapolis, Indiana to drive growth across our metalworking fluids and forging lubricants portfolio. This is a unique opportunity to join a scaling platform with proven products, trusted customer relationships, and the infrastructure to rapidly grow.
This position is responsible for driving sales of our advanced metalworking fluids and forging lubricants within a defined geographic territory. The successful candidate will focus on expanding market share by identifying and developing new business opportunities, nurturing existing customer relationships, and delivering value-added solutions to clients in the forging and metalworking industries. This role will serve as a key link between the customer and internal technical, service, and product development teams.

- Bachelor’s degree required; preferred fields include Business, Communications, Engineering, or related technical disciplines.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in industrial sales, preferably within the metalworking, forging, die casting, or lubricant industries.
- Located in Indianapolis,Indiana, ideally within reasonable access to the Indianopolis area.
- Strong knowledge of industrial manufacturing environments, preferably metalworking and/or forging applications.
- Demonstrated ability to manage a sales territory, meet/exceed revenue targets, and build strategic customer relationships.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- High degree of self-motivation – process-oriented and self-managed.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
- Willingness to travel extensively throughout the assigned region (up to 60%).
