Location: Indianapolis
Ferguson is hiring Sales Support Representatives to help customers, solve problems, and learn the business from the ground up.
Schedule:
Monday through Friday 7am - 5pm. Responsibilities include partnering with Sales, delivering quotes, processing orders, and coordinating deliveries to ensure customer satisfaction.
Required HVAC knowledge with 1–3 years in sales or customer service; strong upselling and rapid decision-making skills are valued, alongside proficiency with MS Office and CRM systems.
