We’re a rapidly growing e-commerce company selling fitness equipment across Canada and the USA and we are in need of another person to work in our Indy Showroom as a retail sales associate.

• This is a seasonal position from October 2026 to February 2027

• Assisting customers with product selection and dropping knowledge bombs
• Using product knowledge to upsell customers
• Creating sales quotes

• A self-starter who thrives with little to no supervision and strong problem-solving instincts
• Experience with email ticketing software is an asset, and you’re comfortable handling phone calls
• Willing to pitch in around the warehouse and get your hands dirty when needed

This role is based in our Indianapolis location, where the core hours are Friday to Monday from 9:45am to 6:15pm, with occasional additional weekend coverage as business needs require.
