The Macomb Group, a recognized leading distributor in the Midwest for Pipe, Valve, and Fittings. We are looking for a full-time Branch Manager to work at our Indianapolis, IN location. We are looking for a motivated, enthusiastic, self-driven individual to join our growing team.

• Review sales reports to determine progress and status in attaining objectives. Revise objectives and plans in accordance with current conditions to grow location’s revenues.
• Maintain and enhance vendor and customer relations. As well as relationship with all affiliates to uphold company’s image.
• Evaluates performance of employees within their branch by reviewing all hiring, salary and disciplinary decisions.
• Responsible for answering phones, taking orders from customers or giving status of previous order and giving customers quotes on material.
• Conflict resolution between employees and/or departments within branch.
• Other duties may be assigned.

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Regularly lift up to 25lbs
• Be able to walk, stand, or lift the entire shift
• Knowledge of PVF is a plus
• Experience and knowledge of P21 a plus
• Chauffeur's license is also a bonus.
• While industry experience is encouraged, it is not required in order to be successful in this role.

• Monday - Friday, day shift
• OT on some Saturdays, 8 AM - 12 PM
