Clinical Liaison – Home Care Growth & Business Development

Firefly Home Care is looking for a Clinical Liaison who is passionate about helping families while building meaningful relationships throughout the healthcare community.

This is a unique opportunity that combines healthcare, business development, consultative sales, community outreach, and client experience.

You won't simply be making sales calls. You'll become a trusted resource for families, healthcare professionals, and community partners.

• Build and maintain relationships with physicians, hospitals, rehabilitation providers, senior living communities, hospice organizations, care managers, and other referral partners

• Respond to new family inquiries and help families understand their care options

• Conduct in-home consultations and recommend appropriate services

• Follow up with prospective clients and help convert qualified inquiries into new clients

• Build relationships with current clients and families to identify changing care needs

• Develop referral partnerships and increase Firefly's presence throughout the community

• Attend networking events and provide educational presentations

• Connect families with Firefly Home Health, First Call Care Management, and trusted community resources

• Track referrals, consultations, conversions, client growth, and other key results

• Work with Firefly leadership to identify opportunities to improve services and the client experience

• A natural relationship builder

• Confident speaking with healthcare professionals and community leaders

• Comfortable with consultative sales

• Organized and consistent with follow-up

• Self-directed and accountable

• Comfortable asking for the business

• Passionate about helping older adults and their families

• 1+ year of outside sales experience

• Proven success meeting or exceeding sales goals

• Healthcare sales or business-development experience preferred

• Home care, home health, senior living, care management, or aging-services experience preferred

• Active healthcare license or related professional credential strongly preferred
