Business Development Liaison

Ethan’s Crossing is seeking a motivated and relationship-focused Business Development Liaison to join our team in Indianapolis. This position is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with referral partners, healthcare professionals, community organizations, and other key stakeholders to increase awareness of Ethan’s Crossing and support continued growth.

The ideal candidate is outgoing, professional, organized, and passionate about developing meaningful relationships. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys networking, community outreach, and making a positive impact in the lives of individuals and families.

Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals, behavioral health providers, community organizations, treatment providers, and other referral sources.

Identify and develop new referral and business opportunities throughout Indianapolis and surrounding communities.

Conduct regular outreach, including phone calls, emails, meetings, facility visits, presentations, and community events.

Represent Ethan’s Crossing at networking events, conferences, professional meetings, and community functions.

Educate referral partners and community organizations about Ethan’s Crossing, our services, and the referral process.

Coordinate and conduct tours, presentations, and meetings with prospective referral partners.

Create and maintain a consistent follow-up strategy with current and prospective referral sources.

Collaborate with admissions, clinical, operations, and leadership teams to support referral relationships and organizational goals.

Maintain accurate records of outreach activities, contacts, meetings, referrals, and business development opportunities.

Identify emerging community needs and opportunities for new partnerships.

Help plan and execute community outreach initiatives, educational events, and networking activities.

Monitor local market and referral trends and communicate opportunities to leadership.

Represent Ethan’s Crossing professionally and consistently in the community.

Previous experience in business development, sales, marketing, community outreach, healthcare, behavioral health, or relationship management preferred.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.

Comfortable making presentations and speaking with individuals and groups.

Highly organized with strong time-management and follow-up skills.

Self-motivated and able to work independently while collaborating with a team.

Professional, personable, and results-oriented.

Ability to build credibility and trust with healthcare and community professionals.

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required for community outreach.
