Affiliate Success Specialist Rock Steady Boxing | Affiliate Services | Exempt, Full-Time About Rock Steady Boxing

Rock Steady Boxing (RSB) is a boxing-based fitness program designed for people living with Parkinson's disease. Founded in Indianapolis, Indiana, in 2006, RSB gives people with Parkinson's a way to fight back through non-contact boxing training that builds strength, balance, agility, and confidence. Today, RSB's network of affiliates delivers the program in communities around the world.

About the Position

The Affiliate Success Specialist is the main point of contact for our existing affiliates and the person they turn to for support, guidance, and resources. This person will build strong relationships with affiliate owners and coaches, help them stay on track and grow, and make sure the program is delivered with fidelity. This person will also be the affiliates' voice at headquarters, bringing their feedback and ideas back to the team.

Rock Steady Boxing's offices are typically open from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. Evening or weekend work is rare and typically only required during events. Occasional travel may also be required.

This role reports to the Director of Affiliate Services.

Responsibilities
  • Serve as the principal point of contact for existing affiliates, supporting their long-term success
  • Build and maintain relationships with affiliates so they have the resources they need to sustain their programs
  • Work with the Affiliate Services Coordinator and Volunteer to identify each affiliate's tier, then develop an outreach plan based on that tier
  • Give personal, focused attention to at‑risk affiliates
  • Conduct regular check‑ins to ensure program fidelity and offer HQ assistance where needed
  • Serve as an organizational resource for affiliate functional evaluations
  • Maintain accurate records on affiliate function
  • Collaborate with Directors on affiliate renewals and terminations
  • Identify opportunities to improve how affiliates function and how RSB supports them
  • Work with the affiliate team to identify areas of affiliate growth and recommend sales leads for possible expansion
  • Represent the affiliate perspective at HQ and advocate for improvements
  • Other duties as assigned
Qualifications Required
  • Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university, or two to four years of related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, including presenting to groups, listening well, and explaining information clearly
  • Sound judgment and the ability to make timely decisions and explain your reasoning
  • Strong attention to quality, accuracy, and thoroughness, with the ability to meet productivity standards and deadline
