The Specialized Recruiting Group of Express Employment is now partnered with a south side company to direct hire an Industrial Account Representative!
Job Summary /Company Information:- This position will be responsible for answering incoming calls from clients and customers
- Communicating with the operations team on behalf of the customer
- Up-selling and cross-selling when appropriate
- Assisting the outside sales team with order entry and processing of orders
- Solving customer delivery and material challenges
- Entering quotes and job pricing into the system
- Maintaining customer database both individually and on a team
- All other duties as assigned and working in a team environment
- $48k-$60k based on experience
- Direct Hire Opportunity

Job Requirements:- High level Customer service and/or inside sales experience!
- Experience with metals is a plus!
- Proficiency with MS Word and Excel
- Must be thick-skinned and able to deal with difficult situations
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Outgoing personality with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Team-player with a positive attitude and solid time-management ability
- Must be excited to learn new things and grow with the company!
