What You'll Do

• Negotiate freight rates with motor carriers to maximize profitability
• Build and maintain strong relationships with carrier partners
• Make outbound calls to source equipment and secure capacity
• Manage carrier activity within our transportation management system
• Resolve transportation issues to ensure on-time pickups and deliveries
• Work closely with teammates to solve problems and deliver exceptional customer service

Training & Development No logistics experience? We've got you covered. Our experienced team will teach you the fundamentals of freight brokerage through hands-on training and real-world experience. You'll learn our systems, industry terminology, negotiation strategies, and best practices while working alongside experienced Carrier Sales Representatives.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Sales, customer service, or competitive experience preferred
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Comfortable making outbound calls and building relationships
• Resilient, self-motivated, and driven to achieve goals
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Team-oriented with a strong work ethic
