Regional Business Director Neurology

Role:
Lead and manage the Neuroscience sales team within a specific region, driving sales growth, building strategic customer relationships, and ensuring regional business objectives are met.

• recruit, train, develop, and evaluate sales representatives
• develop regional business plans aligned with national strategies
• analyze market environment
• foster relationships with key opinion leaders and payers
• collaborate with cross-functional teams including Value & Access and Business Operations
• manage regional budget
• ensure compliance with regulatory and promotional standards

• BA/BS degree
• 8+ years biopharma sales experience with at least 3 years in Neuroscience sales leadership
• experience with injectable medications, specialty pharmacy pathways, and payer landscape
• strong account management and negotiation skills
• willingness to travel

• experience with preventive or acute migraine treatments and toxin-based therapies
