Cardiac Amyloid Specialist; CAS; Louisville, KY

Field-based Senior Health & Science Specialist focused on Rare Cardiac products within Pfizer's Rare Disease Sales organization.

Drive growth through compliant, strategic customer engagement, support appropriate access, and promote Pfizer therapies for rare cardiac conditions.

• Build relationships with cardiology healthcare professionals and multidisciplinary teams.
• Deliver approved messaging.
• Identify opportunities.
• Assist with patient access and reimbursement.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to address needs and remove barriers.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (8+ years preferred).
• Minimum 3 years in pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device sales or marketing.
• Strong understanding of complex disease states, biologics, and specialty reimbursement.
• Preferred: 3–5 years of cardiology or hospital specialty sales.
• Proven experience engaging key opinion leaders.
• Digital engagement capabilities.
• Experience working within complex therapeutic areas, biologics, and reimbursement landscapes is highly valued.

• Role involves travel within an assigned territory covering parts of Indiana and Kentucky, with overnight stays as needed.
