Field Technician

Shift: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday (3–4 days per week) – 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (part‑time)

Compensation: $15.00 per hour

Hours:

Monday through Wednesday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

We are looking for curious, motivated individuals who are passionate about protecting our environment and the communities we serve. • Travel to customer and environmental testing sites
• Collect, process, and test environmental samples, including air, soil, water, and related media
• Perform field services using standard environmental support practices, including sample collection, test kit completion, and documentation of results
• Pick up, transport, and deliver samples, documents, materials, and results as required
• Prepare vehicles for daily field operations, including instruments, supplies, kits, materials, documentation, and safety equipment
• Complete and maintain logs, forms, databases, and other documentation accurately and timely
• Assist with research and recommendations to resolve operational, customer, or employee issues
• Support the review and implementation of field/environmental programs to meet operational and organizational needs
• Assist with ensuring compliance with applicable laws, rules, and regulations; elevate issues when needed
• Contribute to team effectiveness by offering suggestions for improvements
• Promote Pace Analytical’s mission through professional, courteous, and cooperative interactions with customers and coworkers

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in related work preferred, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
• One year of experience in a laboratory or environmental setting is preferred
• Ability to travel with some overnight stays

• Valid driver’s license
• Continued employment is contingent upon maintaining all required licenses and certifications in active status
