Environmental Resources Management (ERM) is seeking a motivated Consulting Associate, Biologist to join our Capital Project Delivery team in Indianapolis, Indiana. This role provides a unique opportunity for early-career professionals to contribute to impactful environmental projects in renewable energy, oil and gas, and technology.
Responsibilities include supporting environmental permitting and conducting field surveys. Ideal candidates will have a BS in environmental science or a related field, strong communication skills, and willingness to work in the field 50%–80% of the time during the season.
