Hydrus - Session Director — Spanish; Peru

We are looking for a Session Director to support live, supervised voice recording sessions for a multilingual conversational AI project in Spanish (Peru). In this role,you’llfacilitaterecording sessions, provide real-time participant coaching, andmonitortechnical quality throughout, helping ensure recordings are natural, authentic, and meet project specifications.

• Manage session facilitation, real-time coaching, and recording quality monitoring throughout each session

• Complete approximately 8 hours of calibration prior to production,observingsessions to align on facilitation style, recordingobjectives, and workflow

• Support recording sessions independently following calibration

• Monitor recordings in real time, resolving technical or conversational issues as they arise to minimize re-records

• Native-level fluency in Spanish (Peru)

• Experiencefacilitatingrecording sessions and coaching participants for natural, authentic delivery

• Comfortable managing real-time technical quality monitoring (file format, recording specifications) during live sessions

• Available to support sessions running approximately 4 hours each

• Compensation: $55.00 USD per hour
