Security Officer - Entrance Control

Location: Whitestown

Allied Universal - Up to $15.81/hour -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to clients and guests by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities at a retail or mall location.;
Operate an access control post by monitoring entrances and exits, greeting and directing visitors, and verifying identification, credentials, and/or delivery documentation as required by site policy.;
Manage visitor, vendor, and contractor access by issuing and/or collecting badges, maintaining access logs, and coordinating entry approvals with store or property management.;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including reporting concerns, completing required documentation, and communicating updates to site leadership.;
Conduct regular and random patrols around the location and perimeter to identify irregular activity, unsecured doors, and/or policy violations, with working environments and conditions varying by site.
