Provide customer service to visitors, drivers, and onsite personnel by following security-related procedures and site policies;
Control access to the facility by verifying identification and managing sign-in/sign-out logs;
Monitor vehicle and pedestrian entry points and report discrepancies;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner and assist with scene control;
Conduct regular and random patrols of entrances, loading dock areas, parking areas, and the perimeter
