Allied Universal - - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities when appropriate.;
Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting concerns to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location, including offices, lobbies, parking areas, entry points, and perimeter areas, as assigned.;
Monitor access points and help to deter unauthorized entry by verifying credentials, observing visitor activity, and reporting suspicious behavior.;
Support a professional environment within a fast-paced technology-focused location by maintaining awareness of site activity, communicating clearly, and following post orders.
